The Network Marketing Unilevel Compensation Plan Will Make You the Most Money

When it comes to network marketing there are as many compensation plans as there are companies. The most rewarding compensation plan of all the compensation plans we have ever seen come along is the unilevel compensation plan. The unilevel program rewards the distributors who build wide and deep into their organization. It is important to build an organization of distributors as wide on our first level as we believe necessary. These are the people we are responsible for personally bringing into the business. We will want to develop however many legs on our first level as needed to qualify for the top earnings and position in the company. The next thing to note when it comes to placing people under those on our first level, second level, third level and deeper into our organization is we want the control. We want to help those who are helping themselves, meaning they are doing something to build their own business. Anyone who is not actively working and treating their business like a business will never succeed in network marketing. We need to know and have a good basic understanding of how the compensation plan works in the company, so we can work it to help ourselves and our group (people) to maximize their payout. As an example, how many legs do we need to develop on our first level and then drive these legs deep to become qualified for the car program? What is the best, easiest, fastest way to start earning $1,000+ a month? The unilevel plan is the plan that gives us more control over the building of our network marketing business and less likely taken in by the thieves in this business. There are those who are looking to just make a quick buck for themselves and they do not care who they hurt in the process. It is important that we do our homework and check out the company, the products and those who would be our up-line team. Do not just consider your sponsor, but who is his/her sponsor and what do they bring to the table as far as what they can and will do to help us succeed. Network marketing is a people helping people business, right? What can the company and the distributorship team do to help us succeed this time? Will they be there every step of the way or will they disappear once we sign on the dotted-lined? The unilevel compensation plan forces us to learn and work with people. Together we can make or break the opportunity by how well we work with others. It forces us as distributors to come up with a plan that will truly help each other to succeed and make money together.
